This event is open to Holy Trinity girls from preschool-5th grades. Girls are welcome to bring dad, uncle, grandfather, or other special male figure to enjoy an evening of dancing, music, games, crafts, photo booth, face painting, and refreshments. Please use the form below to make your reservation and acknowledge the guidelines and expectations for the student in lieu of a printed permission slip.

Online payments and reservations are due by Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2025.

STUDENT GUIDELINES AND EXPECTATIONS FOR THIS EVENT:

1. The cost per couple is $30. For those who will be attending with more than 1 child, there is a family cap of $45. Your reservation and permission form must be completed before you are allowed to attend the dance. Reservations must be made by Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2025.

2. All students are expected to uphold the Holy Trinity Code of Conduct.

3. Dress attire for the dance is dressy-casual: Young ladies' dresses should be modest and respectful; midriffs should not show.  Clothing should provide appropriate coverage even while dancing. 

4. Once you arrive at the dance, you may not leave and then re-enter.   

5. While at the event, there may be no consumption of food or drink not provided by the event.

6. Behavior:

   1. Students are expected to enjoy themselves while upholding our school Student Code of Conduct. A student will be required to leave the event immediately if their conduct is not consistent with behavior representing HTCCS. 

   2. Students should be good stewards of the property.
