We are excited to bring Sherry Schumann to our campus for a lecture on biblical grand-parenting titled “Grandparents: Leaving a Gospel Shaped Legacy of Faith” from 6 pm to 8 pm on Monday evening, Nov. 21 in the Great Hall at 302 Burroughs Ave., Beaufort.
Sherry Schumann is an author and speaker, she serves as the director of Christian Grandparenting Network and has written two books, Prayers that Stir the Hearts of Grandparents and The Christmas Bracelet. She has been married to her soul mate for four decades. They are blessed with three grown sons, three daughters-in-law and seven adorable grandchildren.
Join Sherry as she digs into Scripture and uncovers what the Bible says about our role as grandparents. Discover what it means to leave a Gospel shaped Legacy of Faith. Learn practical ways to share your faith stories with your grandchildren, offer them the gift of the spoken blessing, and commit yourselves as prayer warriors interceding regularly on their behalf.
