The school receives 50% of the store's net profit each year. The other 50% of the net profit is split among other Beaufort area nonprofits.
Mrs. Martha Lynn Webb who serves as a volunteer and as treasurer for the organization presented the check to Head of School Mr. Kevin Bolen at the close of Chapel on Monday, Jan. 27.
Treasure House Thrift & More is a ministry of St. Helena's Anglican Church and is staffed with volunteers from the community. The Treasure House is located at 941 Boundary Street in downtown Beaufort. Store hours are 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday-Friday and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday.
