Mrs. Sherry Machtley

 

Mrs. Sherry Machtley is a graduate of Kendall College with a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education with an emphasis in Special Education. Mrs. Machtley moved from Florida to South Carolina where she began her education journey at Bluffton Elementary and Early Childhood where she assisted  ten K-3rd grade teachers and classes.  While working as an assistant, she obtained her teaching degree and began her first teaching job with Trinity Classical Christian.  After a year, HTCCSl was born.  She has worked with Holy Trinity for 8 years as a 3rd grade teacher and has homeschooled her two daughters during some of their middle and high school years.   Mrs. Machtley and her husband Tim live on a small homestead in Jasper county.  She is the  mother of two daughters, Meagan O’Neal and Sarah Machtley.  She and her husband are enjoying the newest additions to their lives:  their two granddaughters, Naomi Rose and Emma Kate.  Mrs. Machtley enjoys teaching in a classical Christian setting where Christ is exalted and truth, beauty, and goodness are nourished.
