Miss Christa Booman

Jr. High Science Teacher

Miss Christa currently teaches earth and physical science at Holy Trinity, utilizing her passion for opening students’ eyes to the wonders of God’s creation.  Miss Christa earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse, after which she served in AmeriCorps in the field of conservation and environmental education.  In 2015, Miss Christa moved from Wisconsin to South Carolina to teach at Holy Trinity where she has been teaching ever since.  In addition to her teaching duties, Miss Christa has served as stage manager for numerous productions in the theater department, including  the SCISA One Act competitions.  Outside of teaching, Miss Christa enjoys tapping into her days as a college athlete and enjoys volleyball, ultimate frisbee, tennis, pickleball, and has recently picked up ballroom dance.
